The course aims to give students a good grounding in the basics of popular ballroom and Latin American dances in a friendly atmosphere. The course helps students to keep fit and achieve a good standard of social dancing
Ballroom Dancing - Improvers
The course aim is to improve technique, footwork and timing as well as introducing further figures in popular ballroom and Latin American dances
Ballroom Dancing - Advanced
The course aim is to improve technique, leads/follows and presentation as well as introducing more advanced figures in popular ballroom and Latin American dances.
Pilates (mixed ability)
Pilates is a series of exercises, which “develop the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit.”
Joseph Pilates
Comfortable clothes to exercise in and an exercise mat are all that are necessary to make a start.
Golf - Beginners
This course is tailored to the new comer to the game of golf and will give the beginner a good basic grounding on the game.
Golf - Intermediate
This course is for existing players who have a minimum of six months golfing experience (or those progressing from the previous Golf – Learn the Game lessons).
Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of Latin styles including Salsa, Merengue, Reggae, and Cumbia with some Bellydance and Bollywood thrown in for fun!
