Exam Results 2016 Series

We are pleased and proud to say that the summer exam series has shown significant improvements in outcomes for our students and has seen a sharp increase in the overall performance of the school.

Under the historical measures 63% of students achieved 5+ A*-C GCSEs with 61% achieving 5+ A*-C including English and Maths which represents a 9% improvement.

76% of students have achieved A*-C in English and 72% in Maths, with 64% of students achieving at least a C grade in both English and Maths.

The students are a real credit to the school and have worked very hard this year. They have prepared themselves well for the examinations, working in tandem with their teachers to achieve an improving set of results. This includes 10% of our students achieving 5+ A*-A grades.
