TO ALL YEAR 11 STUDENTS & PARENTS

Dear Year 11 Student and Parents

I am writing to confirm that this year’s Year 11 Leavers’ Prom will take place on Sunday,  1 July 2018 at Audleys Wood Hotel.  The evening starts at 7:30pm (until 11:00pm) and is always a fantastic way for students to celebrate their time at Brighton Hill Community School.  

During the evening a professional photographer will be available to take photographs, which can later be viewed and purchased.   There will also be an opportunity later in the evening to get some photo booth pictures.  A good quality buffet, DJ and complimentary soft drinks are also included in the price of the ticket.  The evening’s attire will be ball gowns and suits, which are available for purchase or hire at various retail outlets.

Tickets are NOW on sale at a price of £40 to be paid in full by Friday, 4 May 2018.  However, to secure the venue booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of £10 from all students planning on attending.  This non-refundable deposit must be paid by Thursday, 8 February.  

All payments must be handed in to the Finance Office in a sealed envelope with the student’s name and tutor group clearly written on it.  Payments can be made in either cash or via ParentPay.  Simply log on at www.parentpay.com and select ‘Pay for Other Items’, where you will find the option to make your payment for the Leavers’ Prom.  Alternatively, you can pay by cheque (made payable to Hampshire County Council).
