Welcome to the Year 6 - Year 7 Transition section to our Website. My name is Mr Du-Heaume and I am the Transition Learning Manager and Head of Year 7 at Brighton Hill Community School.

Our aim for is to deliver a first-class Transition experience for your child and allow them to begin in September with a confident and ready to go attitude.

Transition is not a one size fits all, many students will require additional time in school due to a variety of individual needs. We aim to offer a bespoke programme which caters for the needs of all students. It's an exciting time moving to secondary school and we thank you for choosing Brighton Hill School.
